Hardware such as computers, laptops, monitors, mobile phones and tablets are replaced every 3-4 years as per the standard IT device replacement program. Each financial year the IT Team purchases stock to replace the devices which have reached its replacement age, to which replacements will be conducted throughout the designated financial year. Unless discussed with the IT Team prior to budget submissions for the upcoming financial year, devices will be replaced with the same type of device.

If you experience issues with the performance of your current devices and they are not part of the current financial years replacement program, please ensure you raise a request with the Information Services Service Desk so it can be investigated and if required the replacement escalated.
