Do you find that when you make a Skype call, your headset emits loud screeching and beeping noises, then cuts the call off after a few seconds?
PROBLEM: This is most likely caused by another employee being logged onto your computer.
RESOLUTION: Restart your computer. This will kick their account off your computer and you will be able to log back in using your credentials.
