A mobile app is available to access your current or closed requests, and also raise new requests. To get started download the Freshservice app from the app store on your mobile device.

When prompted for the Helpdesk URL enter servicedesk.chrc.qld.gov.au and then click the arrow to progress to the login screen and login with your CHRC email address and password



By default your requests will be displayed, but using the menu (3 horizontal lines in top left corner) you can access the Service Catalog and New Ticket menu's to raise new requests, and also access requests requiring your Approval



New Ticket request form - enter a subject, description and include an attachment if required



Service Catalog  - select from a list of predefined services offered by the service desk.
