When you click on a hyperlink in Outlook, does it take you to the browser you expected?
When you try to open a PDF, is it opened in the reader you expected?
This article is designed to help you switch back to apps that you probably had, but something has changed them.
Press the windows key and type Default. Open Default App Settings, and change the web browser to Internet Explorer, and select Switch anyway.
Select "Choose default apps by file type".
Scroll down about 2 thirds of the way to .pdf and change Microsoft Edge to NitroPDF, then close.
Default apps are highly customisable. You may prefer to use Adobe DC as your default reader.
Please remember we can only support our recommended default apps. The Vine & ECM have been optimised to work best with Internet Explorer. OneCouncil is optimised to work best in Google Chrome.
