Use the article below to Terminate a user from the current systems.
Head to On Prem Exchange Admin Center - https://mail.chrc.qld.gov.au/ecp/?ExchClientVer=15
Step 1
Go to the above link and search for the user.
Step 2
Check "Hide user from address lists" then save.
Note: If you cannot hide users from exchange list follow these steps in Active Directory:

Use the drop downs then start typing user to get into their account.
Step 4
Attribute Editor and change the "msExchHideFromAddressLists" Change this to TRUE to hide.
Now head to Teams Admin Center - https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard

Navigate to Users - Manage Users, then search for user and click on the blue Display name to access profile.

Click "Edit" General Information and Delete the Assigned phone number and Ext, then hit Apply.
Next go into our BCM Extension Register from File Explorer - C:\Users\ariggs\Central Highlands Regional Council\ICT Department - Documents

Utilise the find tool (Control + F) to search for the user (Full name not username), ensure workbook has been selected.

5. Remove the user from the left side (showing currently assigned), and add into the right side (showing old users assigned to this number).
Now login to PaperCut MF Account - http://10.16.1.92:9191/admin - Login details are on Keepass if needed under - PaperCut Admin Portal

Search for the user under the users tab and enter profile - if you enter full username it should take you directly into the profile.

Remove Primary and secondary Pins under the "Card/Identity Numbers" section, then hit Apply which will reload the page, then select Ok to save changes.

Under the users - Active users tab, search for the user to be terminated.
Step 12
Ensure NO e-mail forwards are set, and select Manage Automatic Replies.

Set out of office replies to below text for both sections, and ensure "Send Automatic replies to all external senders" is checked, then hit save changes:
Hello, I am no longer employed at Central Highlands Regional Council. This mailbox is not monitored and your email has not been forwarded. Please forward all correspondence to Enquiries@chrc.qld.gov.au or phone Council at 1300 242 686. For urgent matters that occur after hours please phone 1300 242 686 and follow the prompts.

For the User to be terminated, under the account tab - first click "Sign out of all sessions" and then click "Block Sign-in".
NOTE: This action will be reverted in 30 minutes if account is not disabled in AD. Disabled accounts will not mess with anything within ECM. To do so, see Step 19

Search for user, and untick the "AD Enabled" checkbox for the user, then hit OK - Submit.
In AD (Active Directory for Users and Computers) using admin sign in:

Search for user and right click to change password to - Terminated4207 - and untick both checkboxes.

Go into properties and under General tab, remove the telephone number listed.

Remove - Mobiles registered under the Telephones tab.

Clear - Direct Manager listed under the Organization tab.

Remove all Memberships in AD under member of tab - can be bulk removed. Then hit Apply, and OK.

(CHDC Users) - Cut Central Highlands Development Corporation from Company name and Department and paste into in users "General > Office".

Right click user again from search panel, and click Disable account.

Right click again, and move user to "Terminated Users" group, then click OK.

Under Home - users, search for the full name of user.

Remove the user's Permissions assigned to them until the card is returned.

Once the card is returned, remove the associated Building Access Card & Security Pin (if an after hours user) from the users account. Then select the save Icon.
Ensure you make a note of the access card number that was removed from profile in the Ticket.
How to add MIM into "Internet Explorer Mode"
Step 1
Once the site address has been entered, click the three dots, then reload in Internet Explorer mode.

The below section will pop up, ensure this switch is toggled on to ensure you don't have to do this again for 30 days, then hit Done.
