Are you experiencing troubles with accessing your emails or phone contacts on your iDevice after changing your computer login password? Please follow the below steps to re-enter your current password and get your emails and contacts back!
1) Go to Settings, then scroll down and select 'Passwords and Accounts':
2) Select 'CHRC O365 Email Profile':
3) Select 'Account' at the top of the page:
4) In the 'Password' field, enter in your new password, the select 'Done' from the top of the screen.
Your emails will now start flowing through and your contacts should appear again.
