Important Note - This process must be followed all the way through or else this specific prompt to update your Apple ID will disappear.
This process will update the Users Apple ID email alias to replace the temporary domain that apple have set (xxxxx-chrc.qld.gov.au@temporary.appleid.com).
Please use the template shown in the guide when creating the new iCloud email to help distinguish the Apple ID as a Council based account.
If you have ever changed your Apple ID password in the past to download apps like Spotify or Facebook on your work phone, please use that password.
