If you have a user that is being "blocked" or "locked" out of their account randomly, please follow the below guide.




Step 1


Go to Active Directory and add the user to "GPO - Exclude User From New Password Policy"




Step 2


Send an email to "Supportau@rapidcircle.com" with the below details:

  1. User having issue
  2. Approximate time of lockout




Step 3


Make sure to inform the user that it may take an hour (Heartbeat) for their account to be unlocked.


Step 4


If the user is still having issues after an hour, you can reset their password within Active Directory, this will unlock the account and allow them access again.
