The below information outlines the steps required to login to the Mobile Application Smarter Suite with your Council Credentials.

Step 1
Open Smarter Suite and select the option "Have a SSO Login?"
Step 2
Enter the following under Account "chrcqld" please ensure that there are no capitals.
Step 3
Once prompted with our CHRC Sign in page, please enter your CHRC Email address and password. You will be prompted by MFA for authentication.
Step 4
Confirm access to Smarter Suite, if you receive an error message regarding "Insufficient Access" please reach out to the Safety Team for further assistance.
